About Me

I am a Christian and a I am a teacher. I enthusiastically strive to live out my faith, both in the classroom and out.
I graduated from Dordt College in 1998, and have taught a variety of subjects to junior highers since then, first in CA and then in IA since 2001.
I have a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction. After 11 years as a classroom teacher, I began a new adventure in 2009 serving as Technology Coordinator at Sioux Center Christian School. Additionally, I've served as an adjunct professor of Education at Dordt College since the fall of 2006.
